Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify:

by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or by post) informing me of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which I receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Early Commencement of Coaching Services

If you would like your coaching programme to begin before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, you may expressly request that Heartaq Coaching starts providing the agreed services before the withdrawal period has expired.

By making this request, you acknowledge that:

• coaching services may begin before the withdrawal period ends;
• if the coaching programme has been fully provided, your statutory right of withdrawal expires in accordance with applicable law; and
• if you withdraw after coaching has already begun, you may be required to pay for the coaching services already provided up to the date of your withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.
